We truly hope you and your little ones love what you receive.
But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we completely understand — you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

Sale items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
